By accessing or using our site, mobile experiences, social media pages, customer support channels, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. • Our packaged drinking water complies with applicable Indian quality and labeling standards.
• If you discover a product quality issue, stop using the product and contact our customer care immediately.

5) Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

• An Order is an offer to purchase. We accept it only when we confirm (e.g., email/SMS confirmation) and/or dispatch the products.
• We may cancel Orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification failures, regulatory reasons, or suspected fraud.
• You may request cancellation before dispatch via the My Orders page or customer care; we will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee.

6) Pricing, Taxes & Payment

• Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable is the one at checkout for the accepted Order.
• Payment may be processed via UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets, or cash on delivery (if available).
• You authorize NixDew and its payment partners to charge your selected method and to refund as applicable.

7) Shipping, Delivery & Risk

• We deliver to selected PIN codes using our logistics partners.
• Estimated delivery dates are indicative; delays may occur due to carrier schedules, weather, strikes, or regulatory checks.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address; title passes upon full payment and dispatch.
• Please inspect packages upon delivery and report damages or shortages within 48 hours.

8) Returns, Refunds & Replacements

• For safety and hygiene, returns of opened or used bottles may be limited unless defective or damaged.
• If you receive damaged, defective, wrong, or expired products, contact us within 7 days with photos and batch details.
• Approved cases will be refunded or replaced as per our Returns Policy.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days (timelines may vary by bank).

9) Promotions, Coupons & Loyalty

• Promotions, coupons, and loyalty benefits are subject to specific terms and expiry dates.
• We may withdraw or modify offers at any time and in case of misuse or fraud.
• Some offers may be limited to first-time customers, specific products, regions, or minimum purchase values.

• By creating an account or placing an Order, you agree that we may contact you via email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone, or push notifications regarding your Orders, service updates, or security alerts.
• Marketing communications (news, offers) are sent only with your opt-in consent. You can unsubscribe/STOP at any time using provided controls.
• Service messages are transactional and may continue even if you opt out of marketing.

• All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and software on the Site are owned by or licensed to NixDew.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

• If you purchase NixDew products via a marketplace, you must also follow the marketplace terms; our policies apply in addition to their customer support.
• It is completely buyer responsibility to verify the genuine of the product or only buy through the authorized means or channels approved and contracted as per policy.
